Schools
Rivertowne on the Wando is in the Charleston County School District. Charleston County School District is divided into eight (8) Constituent Districts. Combined, all eight districts educate approximately 48,500 PK-12 students in 42 Elementary Schools, 13 Middle Schools, 8 High Schools, 12 Magnet Schools (applications are required), 4 Charter Schools, and 7 Programs. Yard of the Month

The Yard of the Month committee tours our neighborhood at the beginning of each month to find the "best looking" yard for that particular month. Criteria for judging is based on overall look, flowers in bloom (depending on the season, of course), neatly trimmed bushes, no dead palm fronds or other dead tree branches, no children's toys littering the front yard and nice looking lawn (in season). |
